The students have been very busy  investigating and making discoveries in the  Science Lab. Here is what we are working on in each grade level.

Grade One-  The first graders have completed studying the patterns of the sun, the moon and the stars. Ask your child to  describe the pattern of the sun in the sky.

Grade Two- The second grade students  are studying weathering and erosion. We are learning how water, wind and ice can change the shape of the land. They are working on an investigation to stop erosion. Ask your child if their design was successful.

Grade Three- The third grade students have just completed an investigation where they observed and measured the pattern of an object's motion. Next, we will investigate magnets and electromagnets.

Grade Four
- The fourth graders are learning about natural disasters. They are writing essays on natural disasters in their classrooms. In Science Lab, they are designing a wind proof house.
